Frasier - S04E01 - The Two Mrs. Cranes

Niles is still living with Frasier and driving him mad, but Daphne doesn't care. She's found out her ex-fiancé Clive is coming to visit. Daphne and Clive broke up before she moved to America and to let him down, she said if they were still free in 5 years they'd try again. And here he is! Daphne doesn't want to break his heart again, so Frasier suggests she just be honest with him. But when Clive arrives, Daphne worries and quickly introduces him to her ""new husband"" - Dr. Niles Crane! Niles is of course delighted to play along and makes sure Clive stays longer. When Frasier and Martin come home, they have to play along, but Frasier suggests Martin go away as it is very complicated. Martin is of course offended by this and when Roz arrives, he says she is ""Maris"" - who Niles said was Frasier's ex-wife! Trouble is, when Clive says he's rich and successful, Daphne and ""Maris"" suddenly become very interested in him...
